Mr. Dhan Thapa brings over 18 years of diverse experience in the banking industry. He began his career with the then Nepal Grindlays Bank Ltd. (now Standard Chartered Bank Ltd.), where he worked across multiple departments and served as Branch Manager for six years until 2011. His wide-ranging exposure equipped him with deep operational insights and a well-rounded banking acumen. In December 2011, Dhan joined National Banking Institute Ltd. (NBI), where he currently serves as Deputy General Manager. His leadership, commitment, and strategic vision have been instrumental in driving NBI’s growth and enhancing the institute’s profile and visibility. Dhan’s professional interests include leadership, motivation, corporate governance, sales and marketing, and customer service.
