Mode of Examinations
The examinations can be both physical or online depending upon the number and location of the candidates as well as nature of the subject matter. Whilst all physical examinations will be physically proctored, the online examinations may either be AI proctored or physically proctored.
Online Examination
NBI offers a state-of-the-art online examination platform designed for conducting proctored exams at both national and international levels. This robust platform ensures a seamless exam experience, delivers 100% accurate results instantly, and allows precise control over exam duration through an auto-exit feature that securely saves examinees' work at the end of the exam.
Examination with OMR
Examinations which have multiple choice questions are conducted using optical mark recognition (OMR) sheets and OMR software. The OMR sheets are where theexaminees mark their answer by darkening the circles corresponding to answer options of different questions, using blue/black gel pens. The sheets are scanned with high-speed scanner and OMR software reads those scanned papers in seconds to generate the result. The software is capable of generating prompt and 100% accurate results and is also capable of detecting the faulty sheets with pin point accuracy for re-evaluation.
Paper Based Examination
With the inception of Online and OMR system-based examinations, fully paper-based examinations have slowly phased out in certification and training related sectors. Paper based examinations are conducted for examinations which have the component of subjective writing along with MCQs. The subjective writings are evaluated by the subject matter experts and the results are compiled for submission to the respective client's HR Department.
