Designing the Training Calendar

Apart from TNA from BFIs, NBI also reviews its past training calendars. The most preferred and realized programs are taken into account while designing new calendars. NBI closely monitors changes in banking practices and environments, such as new products, services, regulations from the central bank and government authorities, and international regulations (e.g., ICC). These insights guide the creation of training programs, workshops, seminars, and conferences at national and international levels.
